Founder Spotlight: Agnet Dinger
Pink Entourage started generations ago with a family of European salon owners and a young girl with a dream. With its roots in Europe, Pink Entourage spread its path to New York City, Piermont and now Nyack. The Founder, Agnet Dinger, has picked and cultivated ambitious staff, helping this salon grow to excellence. Dinger has come from a long ways from just working at her families salon.

Her grandparents and parents were both in the hair business. (Pictured above is her grandparents salon) As a young girl, Dinger's desire to get into the industry had become innate. She was surrounded by hairstylist, but also by a family of business oriented thinking. Mixing her love for hairstyling with a growing aspiration to own her own business one day.

Dinger, has worked in her families salons (pictured above is Agnet at her mom and dad's salon) in addition to top salons in New York City. Her goal was to learn from the best, to be the best. Agnet has traveled and worked doing hair and makeup for runway, platform artistry, celebrities & photoshoots for the fashion & music industry in New York City and Los Angeles. But her next goal, was to be more settled.

Starting under the name 'Cibelle Salon' in Piermont NY, Dinger embarked on a new journey; being an entrepreneur. Cibelle established itself as a distinguished business, with it's bustling clientele and reputation. For Dinger, she was conquering the hair industry and continuing the family legacy by solidifying her mark in this world. She was now working for herself.
Today, Cibelle has since moved to Nyack and is under the new name of Pink Entourage. Dinger has expanded her business to not only have hair services, but to also offer makeup services, in which everything is custom made, sell her own Pink Entourage hair and skin care products and offer lash and brow services. Collectively the staff at Pink Entourage have over 50 years of experience in the hair and makeup field.

Dinger has always had a green thumb, and this salon was no exception to her eco-friendly thinking. Every item in the salon, from the infrastructure to the products used, is the best on the market - sustainable, and non toxic. Not to mention the products she makes in-house, are all from natural and organic ingredients. Being in an industry with that puts hidden toxins and chemicals into products, Dinger wanted to make a change for her clients and for the Earth.
As a #girlboss, a mother of 2, a wife and a hairstylist; Dinger fulfillment in life is doing everything she wanted. Women are told that they cannot have a successful career and a thriving family. Women are told to work subservient jobs, usually under male ownership. Women are told they cannot be a boss. Dinger has defied them all and shows us that women can be and do whatever they want to do. As we end Women's History Month, we honor women like Agnet who show us with hard work and determination anything is possible! And that good hair helps too.
